Gujarat Education Board announced Sixan Sahayak Recruitment-2019 and recruitment vacancies were issued and nomination papers were sought from the candidates.
Candidates included in PML-1 are called for Document Verification at district level.

Steps of recruitment process
The entire process from filling up the application forms by the candidates in the recruitment process of teaching assistant to attending the school is explained here step by step.
- Filling online application forms by candidates
- Candidate should publish Provisional Merit List-1 (PML-1) on the basis of filled details !!
- Document verification of candidates included in (PML-1)
- Publish Provisional Merit List-2 (PML-2) on the basis of Document Verification
- To solicit objection applications online from the candidates regarding merit
- Prepare subject wise and category wise selection list as per available posts on the basis of objection applications and waiting list as per 20% of the posts.
- To invite the candidates included in the selection list to the site selection camp in person for site selection
- To give recommendation letter to the candidates present in the venue selection camp for the venue according to the venue selection
- (Currently, due to the Corona epidemic, candidates are not called face to face as per issues No. 7 and 8 but the process is done online, the details of which you can check by visiting the official recruitment website GSERC.IN.)
- Candidates who have received the recommendation letter should contact the concerned District Education Officer (for government school) or the concerned school board of directors (for subsidized school) to get the appointment order.
- Attendance of the candidate in the respective school on receipt of appointment order.
