GPSC Call Letters for Preliminary / Mains Written / Typing / Shorthand Exams-2021

Note:

(1) Out of the above advertisements, the shorthand and typing test of advertisement numbers 108 and 110 / 2016-17 will be taken, the detailed program of these two examinations will be given in the admission form.  Advertisement Nos. 10 / 2016-70 and 30 / 2017-20 are the main written examinations.  All advertisements will be taken by Computer Based Recruitment Test (CBRT) system, except advertisement numbers 110, 111, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 / 2015-20, 6 / 2060-21 and 8 / 2020-201 will be taken by OMR method, CBR  The latest necessary instructions / information on the matter should be obtained from the website of the Commission.  Candidates must appear in the examination room one hour before the scheduled time of the examination on the day of the examination for the preliminary tests conducted by the CBRT system.

(2) The Commission has decided to temporarily allow all the candidates of the above advertisement to appear in this test.  1 and 2) "Online" must be downloaded.

Apart from that J.S.  102 / 2016-17, 110 / 2015-16, 10 / 2016-20, 70 / 2015-60, 110 / 2015-60, 16/2016, 17 / 2015-60, 16 / 2015-20, 16/2017  For the examinations of 20 and 2020-21, the concerned candidates have to download only the admission form and the instructions of the candidates (Appendix-1 and 2) which must be kept together in the examination room and the candidates have to take it back after the completion of the examination.

(3) In order to download the admission form “Online”, the candidates have to take the following step / stepwise procedure.

(1) https://gpsc-ojas.gujarat.gov.in 42 g.  () “Click” on “Call Letter / Form” >> “Preliminary Call Letter / Main Exam Call Letter Form”.

2) Here the candidate has to select his “Job” and type “Confirmation Number” and “Birth Date”.

(3) Now by clicking on “Print Call Letter”, you have to get the print of the admission card.  Make sure that all the documents are printed accurately. Admission and Attendance should be printed on separate paper. Both should be brought together at the time of examination. Attendance form with photo should be returned to the examination room.

A recent passport size photograph must be brought to the examination center. This photograph must be accompanied by a photo ID to clarify that it is the candidate's own.

Special Note:

Will not be able to download.  These candidates have to pay Rs.200 / - in cash during office hours till the next working day of the examination at the office of the First Commission (Address: Opposite Air Force Office, Near Six-6 Circle, Six Roads, Sector-10-A, Gandhinagar).

https://gpsc-ojas.gujarat.gov.in Hi -> FEES MODULE Hİ-> PROCESSING FEE TO UNBLOCK CALL LETTER, select the advertisement, enter the confirmation number and date of birth and pay the online process charge of Rs.500.  If for some reason this system does not issue the admission card even after paying your rupee, you can find out the status by filling in the details in this module and clicking on “CHECK YOUR PAYMNET STATUs”.  Only then can the admission card be allowed to be downloaded.  Which the concerned candidates should take note of.  Candidates whose application form has been confirmed and application fee has been paid within the time limit, yet the admission form is not downloaded or the message “Application Not Found” appears on the website, face to face with the proof of application during office hours  Please contact or send details of advertisement order, confirmation and application order with access to payment on
