Quiz STD-10(વિજ્ઞાન) Ch-7 નિયંત્રણ અને સંકલન

In the previous chapter we studied the biological processes involved in protection in organisms.
We started thinking that if something is moving, it is an organism. Some of these actions in plants are actually the result of growth. A seed germinates and grows and we can see that in a few days it comes out of a small plant pushed aside by the soil, but these actions do not take place if their growth is stopped.
In most animals and in some plants some movement is not related to growth. A running cat, children swinging on a swing, a chewing buffalo are not the cause of the growth of this movement. Why do we associate these visible actions with life? One possible answer is that we think of actions as a response to changes in an organism's environment. The cat will be running because it has seen a rat.
Not only that, but we can also consider the movement of organisms as an attempt to take advantage of changes in their environment.
Plants or plants grow in sunlight. Kids try to get pleasure from the swing. The buffalo chews so that the food is converted into small pieces and can be easily digested. When intense light strikes our eyes we feel a change when we touch something hot and respond to defend ourselves. If we think about it more, it seems that these movements are precisely controlled to respond to the environment.
An appropriate action is produced in response to every change in the environment. When we want to talk to our friends in class, we talk slowly rather than shouting.
Clearly any action that depends on the event motivates it. Thus, this kind of controlled action should be associated with knowledge of different phenomena in the environment that can be reacted to. In other words organisms should use mechanisms that perform the function of control and coordination.
Considering the general principle of body planning in multicellular organisms, it can be said that specialized tissue is used in this control and coordination activity.
