Alcohol contains ethyl alcohol.  Different types of alcohol contain more or less of these elements.  These elements of alcohol produce bond sooner or later.  Alcohol causes physical, mental, social and familial damage.  The notion that alcohol is beneficial in small doses is not true.  Once consumed, the amount of alcohol increases.  The alcoholic loses the balance of his brain.  As a result, crimes such as violence and rape are on the rise.  The opposite effects of alcohol occur on the internal organs and external organs throughout the body.


Harmful effects of alcohol

Tobacco

The deadly nicotine in tobacco is responsible for tobacco binding.  The effects of tobacco addiction are not as immediate as those of alcohol.  Its lethal effects are seen in the long run.  That is why tobacco is called 'slow poison'.  Tobacco, beedi, cigarettes are used for smoking, gutka chewing or toothpaste but tobacco has the ability to bind in any of its forms.  Which is dangerous to health.  

Harmful effects of tobacco

(1) Bad breath comes out of the mouth and cannot be tasted due to damage to nerves.  
(2) Mouth ulcers.  
(3) The mouth is clenched and sometimes it closes so tightly that a mouthful of food cannot be placed wide in the mouth.  
(4) The gums become weak and the tooth decays and the digestive system becomes weak.  
(5) Lungs become weak and respiratory, and are more likely to develop lung cancer.  
(6) Increased heart disease.  High blood pressure is increased.Narrowing of the arteries leads to faster spread of the disease, increased risk of heart attack, paralysis, and gangrene of the legs, and 
(7) adverse effects on the fetus during pregnancy.  
(8) The nervous system becomes weak.  
(9) Adverse effects occur on all organs.  
(10) Life - quality decreases.  
(11) Smoke is also inhaled by people around cigarette smokers, so they also have some adverse effects on them.
