Rules of Football game

(1) The Football game will be played by two teams.  Each team will have a maximum of 11 players at the start of the game.  Either side will be able to start the game with 7 players, 1 of whom will act as the goalkeeper.  A player who arrives late will be able to enter the game with the leave of the Chief Punch.  No player will be allowed to leave the field during the game.  If he leaves the field he cannot enter the field till the end of the game, either party can take two substitutes at any time during the game. 

(2) Coin bounce starts the Football game, the team that wins the coin bounce chooses to kick or field.  The player who kicks the ball after stabilizing the ball above the midpoint in the field.  This time all the other players are standing away from the ball in their respective fields. 

(3) When the ball touches the tangent or side boundary line on the ground or crosses in the air during the game, the side boundary line is considered to have gone out.  The side boundary line is counted in the field, so the ball above the outer edge will be counted inside.  When the ball goes out this way the ball will give the team in against the player who has finally caught it.  The point at which the ball will have gone out of the side line is taken from outside the field.  The player throwing the ball will take position again towards the field, using both hands to move the ball behind the head.  Counting in the game with throwing the ball.  The thrower will not be able to play until another player touches or plays the ball.  Throne will not be able to score a direct goal.  The thrower should keep touching both feet with the ground until the ball is released from the hand. 

Punishment

(1) If the ball is thrown incorrectly, the front page will get the throwin from that place. 

(2) If the thrower hits the ball to another player or plays a second time before the other player plays, the opposing team will be given an indirect fee kick.

(3) A goal is considered to be a goal if the ball crosses the goal line in the air or from the ground below the goal poles and below the horizontal penalty.  Even if the defender catches the ball and crosses the goal line in the middle of the goal post in his field, the goal is considered to have been scored.  A goal from an indirect free kick is considered to be scored only if another defender or offensive player kicks or hits the ball and crosses the goal line below the two columns and the horizontal penalty. 

(4) During the Football game, if the ball falls off the offensive team and crosses the goal line in the air, the defender will kick the goal by placing it in the center of the goal area towards the side from which the ball has gone out. When the goal is hit, all players on the offensive team stand outside the penalty area.  .  The ball will not be counted in the game until the ball goes out of penalty area after hitting the goal kick.  If the ball does not go out of the penalty area the goal will be awarded again.  The goalkeeper will not be able to hold the goal kick.  The goal kicker will not be able to play a second time until the ball has gone out of the penalty area and no other player has touched it.  If he plays the ball a second time, it will be considered a violation and the opponent will be given an indirect free kick from the place where the mistake was made.

(5) The offender will be given a corner kick if the last ball hit the defender or the ball hit by the defender crosses the goal line, falls to the ground or into the air.  The corner kick will be given by placing it in the arc drawn in the side corner of the field from which the ball has gone out. 

(6) No more than 11 players may play in each squad during the competition.  One of these players will be the goalkeeper.  No player will be allowed to leave the field during the game except on punch leave. 

(7) A maximum of two substitutes during the game may take the place of the players taking leave of the Punch, the number of substitutes may be kept at five. 

(8) There will be one such two innings of 45 minutes.  There will be a 10 minute break between the two innings.  Both teams will switch to the field during the post-break innings.  If a penalty kick is awarded at the end of the first inning or at the end of the first game, the penalty kick time will be extended. 

(9) At the end of the Football game both teams score the same goal or both teams do not score a single goal and if both teams score the same goal then two such extra innings of fifteen minutes will be given. 

(10) Both teams will be awarded five penalty kicks if both teams land the same despite making extra bets.  The selection of the goalposts for the penalty kick will punch.  Penalty kicks should be taken by both the teams one at a time.  The players who take the five penalty kicks given in this way will be different.  A player will only be able to take a chance once.
