Important:

1.  Applications for the above posts should be sent to the Chief Officer, Keshod Nagarpalika, Sardar Bhavan, Charchowk, Keshod-3G, Junagadh only by registered post or speed post within 30 days from the date of publication of the advertisement.  Applications submitted otherwise will be eligible for cancellation.  

2.  The applicant should submit along with the application the recent passport size photo no. 07, school leaving certificate, self certified copy of educational qualification.  

3.The candidate of the reserved category will have to submit the certificate of the competent officer regarding the caste.  

4.  For all the above posts, along with the application, the non-reserved class agent has to send a demand draft of Rs. 500 / - in the name of Chief Officer Shri Keshod Nagarpalika.  Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Educationally Backward Classes and Economically Weaker Classes will not have to pay any fee.  But the educationally backward class candidate will have to submit the certificate of non-criminal class and the candidate of economically weaker class will have to submit the recognized certificate on the date of advertisement and the candidates of Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe will have to submit the caste certificate.  Without it, the benefits of the reserve will not be available.  

5.  The name of the place for which the application has been made should be clearly indicated on the application cover.  E.g.  "Application as Divisional Fire Officer"  The age limit will be as per the policy rules of the government as well as the candidates of the reserved category will be eligible for age concession as per the rules of the government. Must have required educational qualification and age limit at the last date of acceptance of application.  

6.  The candidate has to apply separately for each post.  If two applications are made by the applicant for one post, the final application will be considered valid. 

7.  If more than one post has been applied in the same application form, the application form will be canceled.  

8.  The application form can be downloaded directly from the Establishment Branch of Keshod Municipality or from www.keshodnagarpalika.com.

9.  Incomplete fees, applications received after the time limit will not be considered.  And no correspondence will be exchanged in this regard.  

10.  The municipality reserves the full and unrestricted right to choose whether or not to change this advertisement and the entire recruitment process for any reason, in whole or in part.  The municipality will not be bound to give any reasons in this regard.  The number of spaces is approximate.  Which will be subject to change.  

11.  If the reserved class candidate applies for the general seat, no benefit of the reserve will be available and the conditions as a general class candidate will apply.  

12.  As per the policy of the Government, the first appointment of Class-III cadre employees will be made with a fixed salary of five (five) years.  Class- (3) Cadre employees will be entitled to salary-allowance as per the prevailing norms of the municipality on completion of the contract period.  

13.  Only the candidates who appear in the physical aptitude test and physical test as per the recognized applications will be given a written competitive examination and only the marks of the written examination will be taken into consideration for appointment.
